Terms and Conditions



1.  General Information
This web store is operated by Inshop Digital Ltd,  Helsinki, Finland, business ID 2576933-4.
We deliver professional products to private companies, schools, universities and government institutes in Finland and in EU countries. We deliver also outside EU on request.


2.  Prices and sales tax
All the prices in the web store are indicated without sales tax (VAT 0 %) .  For domestic orders the sales tax will be added to the shopping basket value at the end.  Sales tax is 24 %.
The deliveries going directly outside Finland to another  EU –country or to non EU -country can be sold without sales tax.  Note that the ordering company inside EU must deliver us first their  valid  EU VAT -number which will be checked.   Otherwise we must according to law charge the local 24 % VAT.

3.  Payments
For deliveries to companies not registered in Finland we require 100 % prepayment.  
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The payments  can also be made via bank transfer to our bank or via PayPal.  Our bank account is  Nordea Bank Finland, account  FI25 1351 3000 1278 42, SWIFT/BIC NDEAFIHH.


3.1 Online Bank Payments
You can use the online payment services of any Finnish bank.

3.2  Payments with Credit Cards

Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.

3.3 Invoice and Leasing
We offer normal invoicing service and leasing financing for companies and organizations holding Finnish business identity code.  The companies whishing to pay with invoice must first register to the store. We check the credit information for each company and we reserve the right not to accept an order with payment by invoice.


4.  Order Confirmation
We will confirm your order separately after the payment is accepted. We keep you also informed  about the order status and delivery. To be able to do this you need to leave your email address and/or phone number to us when ordering.

5.    Delivery Times
Delivery times for each product are informed on the product page. These times are valid for small quantities , typically max 5- 10 pc/product. In case you need bigger quantities and scheduled deliveries over some time period, please contact our sales, sales@inshopdigital.com.

5.1   Delivery time 2- 5 days
Product is in stock and will be delivered in 1- 5  work days depending on the destination and the time of  the  day the order was received.


5.2     Delivery time 7- 14 days
The product is in manufacturers/wholesalers European central warehouse or ordered and coming in  to local warehouse. These products are normally delivered with 7 – 14  work days.

5.3    Delivery time 14- 30 days
Product is temporarily out of stock or it for some other reason has a longer delivery time.

5.4    No delivery time indicated
Some products are made/assembled only by order or require customer specific modifications. Check the delivery time for these products from our sales, sales@inshopdigital.com.

Note: Shopping basket may include products which have different delivery times. On domestic deliveries we reserve us the right for partial deliveries.  All deliveries outside Finland are done as  one shipment.

6.  Delivery Method

6.1.    Pick-up
The order can be pick up by the customer from our warehouse at SR-Logistiikka/Inshop Digital Oy, Vitikka 4 E, 02630 Espoo, Finland. The warehouse is open mon- fri  8.00 – 16.00. We will inform you by email or sms when your order is ready for pick up.

6.2 Delivery by Itella / Post office pick-up
Itella offers delivery services through out Finland  but also to Estonia and Sweden.  Itella business delivery services can deliver either directly to your office or  you can address the delivery to Itella´s pick up points ( Noutopiste).  
If you wish to collect your delivery from some of the Itella´s pick up points , please choose delivery method Itella Economy at check out.

All info displays  up  to size 55 inch are delivers as post packages.  Sizes larger than  55 inch are for safety reasons delivered on pallet.  Video conference display stands and some larger floor display stands are also delivered on pallets only.

6.3 Delivery by DB Schenker /Kaukokiito
Schenker /Kaukokiito has a delivery network covering whole Finland and also other countries.

All delivery costs informed together with the products are valid for deliveries inside Finland only. For deliveries  outside Finland , please ask us an offer for the freight  cost.


6.4 Customer´s own carrier
We can use customer´s own freight company provided that you deliver us the name of the carrier and your carrier account number. The delivery term is EXW  when using customer´s own carrier.

7.  Insurance
The products we deliver are insured for transport damages during transport inside Europe. The risk for the damage to goods  and the responsibility for the insurance is transferred to the buyer when he has received the delivery or it is delivered to a place shown by the buyer or the goods are given to the carrier provided by the buyer ( ex works sales).
For deliveries outside Finland the insurance will be charged separately if nothing else is agreed.


8.  Product guarantee and support
All products sold by Inshop Digital Oy have a guarantee given by the manufacturer/importer. The guarantee conditions  may vary depending the products and some condition may apply inside Finland only ( for instance  the 3 year swap guarantee at customer premises offer by all our suppliers of info screens.)  Inshop Digital Oy does not give any own guarantees.
Typically the guarantee period is one year and it is covering  possible manufacturing faults but not any faults caused by customer or misuse of the products. However all ProDVX products have a guarantee of 2 years in 24/7 use.

9.  Returns and reclamation
In case you have received by mistake a wrong product or there something else in the shipment   you want us to be aware of,  please contact us  at customerservice@inshopdigital.com  or by phone +358 20 734 8890.
All returns must be agreed in advance with us.  In case of our mistake we will replace the products without extra costs to you.

Please note that as the trade has been made between companies the automatic  right to return products purchased from  web shop does not apply.


10.  Disputes
All disputes shall in first case be solved  by negotiations between parties.  The applicable law  is  Finnish law. The place of court is Helsinki district court.
